Cabin Air Filter Replacement

Model: Mercedes Classe S MK 4, W220 - Years 1999-2005

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment, which must be removed. Open the glove compartment door and remove the protective caps from the mounting screws to unscrew them. Pull out the glove compartment, disconnect the opening cable and the courtesy light connector; slide up the latch of the cabin air filter container cap and remove it to extract the filters (there are two).
Insert the new filters, apply the cap by re-engaging the latch, and proceed to reassemble the glove compartment.
