How to Change the Remote Battery of a Mercedes Benz

To replace the battery of a Mercedes Benz remote, you will need to follow a few simple steps. First, take the key remote of your car and extract the metal key inside: to do this, you need to flip the lever located on the top edge of the casing and then pull the key outwards. At this point, insert the tip of the key into the recess on the top edge of the remote and lever it to open; take a small paperclip or a small screwdriver and use its tip to pry around the edges of the battery to remove it, then proceed with the replacement. The required battery model is flat type, CR 2032, 3V.
