To replace the battery of a Mercedes Benz vehicle key, we need to pull the top part of the remote to remove the metal key inside. With the metal key, we open the remote by levering on one of the two sides.

We remove and insert the battery and then close the remote. We insert the key inside the remote and finish by testing the key/remote functionality by opening or closing the vehicle from a distance.

If the issue with the key function persists, it may be necessary to reprogram the remote.

The spare wheel of a Peugeot 5008 is located under the rear of the vehicle. To remove it, you need to lift the third row of seats to access the fixing bolt that holds the spare wheel in position. Using the correct spanner, proceed to unscrew the fixing bolt until the wheel is no longer secured. At this point, you can extract the spare wheel from underneath the vehicle.
