Operation: How to replace the main battery in a Mercedes B-Class (W247)

In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the main battery in a Mercedes B-Class (W247), by following a few simple steps: lift the bonnet and secure it with a special rod. The first thing we have to do is to remove the battery cover by pulling it towards you and releasing the hooks provided. Now we have to unscrew the 13 screw that we see at the bottom. Once the screw has been unscrewed we have to disconnect the connector (to avoid losing data, you can attach another battery to the positive and negative on the body to maintain the current). After removing the plate, another hidden screw must be removed (see video); then we have to lift the plate, and under the plastic cover there will be the screw that holds the belt; after unscrewing the negative and also the positive, we can take out the whole block of the battery. Once the old battery has been removed, proceed to install the new battery by performing the operation in reverse.
