Before resetting the service light on your Mercedes E-Class, make sure you have carried out all the required checks, for your own safety and that of others. To reset the warning light, we will work on the button to the left of the instrument panel, on the "up" and "down" buttons on the left of the steering wheel, like the menu button, located a little further down. We will also work on the "+" and "-" keys located on the right side of the steering wheel, next to the telephone calls symbol. Now we close all four doors and turn on the ignition. Press the button on the left of the instrument panel three times: we will enter a submenu relating to the service. Now we press the "minus" key until we get to the writing "confirmation". You don't have to press the lower screen button, which will take you to the "full service" confirmation screen. Here we press confirm and the service is confirmed. Turn the ignition off and then on again to verify that the service is no longer required.
