You can completely reset the Service light that appears on the instrument cluster of the Mercedes E-Class by turning the key to activate the cluster, ensuring that the maintenance light is on. Once the cluster is activated, press and hold the button located on the left side of the instrument cluster to access the menu: then you can select the option to reset the maintenance interval and finally "Reset". This will completely eliminate the light, allowing you to turn off the instrument cluster.
