To reset the Service indicator on the Mercedes G-Class, you need to turn on the instrument panel so that you can navigate through the menu displayed on the onboard computer. Once the panel is turned on, you will need to hold down the two buttons located on the left side of the steering wheel. In the subsequent screen that appears, you will be able to select "ASSYST PLUS", then "Full service", and finally choose the "Reset" option. This will completely remove the Service indicator from the instrument panel, allowing you to turn it off permanently.
