How to Change the Dipped Beam Bulb on a Mercedes C 220

Replacing the dipped beam bulb (H7 fitting) on this car model cannot be done from the engine bay due to insufficient working space. Therefore, raise the vehicle on a jack (preferably using an axle stand), remove the front wheel, and proceed to remove the wheel arch liner. At this point, you can take off the protective cap behind the headlamp, disconnect the bulb's power connector, and unclip the retaining spring to extract the bulb from its housing and install the new one in reverse order.
