How do you remove the steering wheel of the Mini R56?

In order to remove the steering wheel of the Mini R56 you have to unhook the clips located in the rear part of the steering wheel itself, so that the airbag can be extracted from inside its housing. The latter can now be removed by unhooking the connectors in its rear part, so that you have access to the central pin that fixes the steering wheel itself. By unscrewing this pin, the steering wheel can be completely removed and replaced with a new spare part; after replacement, the corresponding airbag removed previously can also be re-installed.
