How do you replace the cabin filter of the Mini?

Model: Mini Mini R52, R50, R53 - Years 2001-2007

In order to replace the cabin filter of the Mini, you need to completely detach the dashboard panel located under the passenger side glove compartment: once this panel is removed, you can detach the cover of the filter box and remove the old filter from its housing. After removing the old filter, you can insert the new one and close the box; once the dashboard panel is reattached, you can verify that everything is working properly.
