How to reset the service light on the Mitsubishi Colt?

Model: Mitsubishi Colt MK 1, Z30 - Years 2004-2012

To reset the service light on the Mitsubishi Colt, press and hold the button located in the centre of the instrument panel while it is off: continue holding it, then insert the ignition key into the ignition barrel and turn it to power on the instrument panel. Once it is on, release the button and press it a second time: this will completely turn off the service light on the instrument panel. You can now turn it off again by turning the ignition key in the opposite direction.
