How to reset the "Service" light on an MV Augusta Brutale 1000 R

Before we can start, we will have to go and sit on the riding seat of our MV Augusta Brutale 1000 R. Let's start by activating the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition. After that, we will have to go and press and hold the select button, until we have reached the on-board computer menu. Once this is done, we will have to select and confirm the "Service" item, browsing through the various options. At this point, we will have to select the "Next Service" item, then press and hold the selection button and the cruise control button at the same time, until the "Service" light goes out, and we will have reset completed.

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
