Empty and remove the glove compartment, which usually unclips by pressing on the sides. Disconnect the large black plastic tube connected to the fan housing, which is secured by a plastic pin, then disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the two tabs on the sides, and pull out the plug using a screwdriver. Remove the securing screws, extract the motor, and take the opportunity to clean the housing and the old motor fan from leaves, dust, and dirt.
