Although this method is also indicated for the Opel Corsa, in reality, for these vehicles, the handbrake adjustment is done from inside the cabin, and also for second generation Agilas. Therefore, this method is applicable only to the Opel Agila. The cable is located under the vehicle. At the height of the rear axle, where the brake cables join on a lever, you will need an 11 mm socket, pliers, and a 7 mm spanner to lock the adjuster. Position yourself under the rear of the car and locate the cable adjuster, then lock the adjuster with pliers (or the 7 mm spanner) to prevent it from rotating. Using the 11 mm spanner, unscrew the locking nut; this will tighten the adjuster, shortening the cables. Check that the wheels turn freely; the video recommends leaving a small amount of play. Tighten the locking nut, and that's it.
