Change the engine oil on a Peugeot Metropolis 400 scooter. Follow these steps for maintenance. Secure the scooter with the handbrake, then use an appropriate spanner to remove the bolt from the oil sump (let the oil drain into a container). Remove the oil filter located on the right side of the scooter with a strap wrench (replace with a new oil cartridge). Refill the engine with new oil and close with the plastic cap (use a funnel). Use the recommended oil specified in the maintenance manual. Test the engine operation.
