How do you replace the transmission of the Peugeot Vivacity?

In order to replace the transmission of the Peugeot Vivacity, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the transmission casing located on the left side of the motorcycle, near the rear wheel. Once the casing is opened, you will have access to the underlying components. The clutch and variator can be removed from their housing by unscrewing the central fixing nuts of their respective pins. Then, you can also remove the belt and replace it with a new spare part. After the replacement, you can close the casing again, securing it with the appropriate screws.

How are the valves of the Malaguti Dune 125 adjusted?

To be able to adjust the valves of the Malaguti Dune 125 it is necessary to first remove the saddle and the tank by loosening the appropriate bolts. Once the two parts have been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components: it will be necessary to open the upper cover of the crankcase inside which the valves are located. These can be checked by inserting a thickness gauge inside them. If the valve is wide, it will have to be tightened and vice versa it will have to be loosened. Once the valves have been checked, it will be possible to close the crankcase again and install all the parts previously removed.
