How do you replace the piston of the Peugeot Django?

The replacement of the piston on the Peugeot Django is done by completely removing the side fairings located under the seat: by removing these panels, it will be possible to access the engine, which can be extracted from its housing by unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the connected connectors. After the engine is free, the bolts that lock the cylinder in the upper part must be loosened, removing it and then disconnecting the piston from the corresponding connecting rod. At this point, the new piston can be inserted, covering it with the cylinder and reinserting the engine back into its seat.

How do you disassemble the engine of the TM Racing SMR 125?

In order to disassemble the engine of the TM Racing SMR 125 you must first of all remove it from its housing: to do this it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that secure the saddle and the side panels of the bike, removing them completely. Once these parts have been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the side casing containing the stator: this will then have to be removed and the additional screws that secure the motor to its housing will have to be unscrewed in turn. The engine can then be extracted from its seat and disassembled by unscrewing all the screws that fix the two crankcase halves that compose it, accessing all its internal components.
