Before you start, position your Peugeot Vivacity on its central stand. The variator cover is secured with Allen bolts around its perimeter. Begin by unscrewing and removing these bolts. Next, carefully disengage and remove the variator cover from its housing. Once you complete this step, you will have successfully removed the variator cover, giving you access to the internal variator.
