Replacing the Diesel Fuel Pump on a Peugeot 307

Is the fuel pump in your car not working? Here’s how to remove it. Open the rear hatch, remove the rear seats, and unscrew the securing screws of the cap that covers the access to the tank (use a socket). Remove the metal cap and locate the fuel pump. Unscrew the plastic nut that secures the fuel pump, disconnect the fuel lines and clamps. Extract the pump from inside the tank. Install the new pump, connect the clamps and lines, and tighten with the nut. Close the tank with the metal cover.
