How to Replace the Key Cover on a Peugeot 207

This video demonstrates how to replace the key cover on a Peugeot 207 coupé cabriolet. First, remove the key from the old cover; to do this, press the button that allows the key to pop open, then extract it after removing part of the casing on the short side of the key. Next, open the key shell, from which you will need to extract the chip, i.e., the remote control unit, which you will then mount onto the new cover. After these simple steps, take the new cover and open it; using a small screwdriver, remove the screw located on the prototype of the new key in an anti-clockwise direction. Once the screw is removed, open the new casing and replace the components inside, then finish by closing the cover.
