To change the engine oil of the Piaggio Vespa GTS HPE, loosen the screws securing the side protection panel of the rear wheel, located on the right side of the scooter: once this panel is removed, you can access the components underneath. Here, the oil drain plug must be removed to collect the used oil in a suitably positioned container; the oil filter can also be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. Finally, reinstall the wheel protection panel.
