How to Change the Engine Air Filter on a Renault Kangoo

Model: Renault Kangoo MK 1, KC, KW - Years 1997-2008
Part: Air filter

Replacing the engine air filter is an important maintenance task to ensure that the engine can always draw in clean air in the right quantities, guaranteeing both excellent performance and fuel efficiency. On this model, the replacement is not straightforward as the filter box is located behind the battery compartment, practically under the windscreen, and is mounted vertically. You will need to remove the plastic trim located just under the windscreen to unscrew the fixing screws of the filter box cover and proceed with the replacement.

How to Remove the CV Boot on Fiat Panda

Let’s see how to remove the boot from the joint on a Fiat Panda. After positioning your car on a column lift: raise it to a comfortable height to work on, loosen the wheel nuts (using a socket wrench or air drill) and remove the wheel. Begin unscrewing the brake disc bolts with a socket wrench. Remove the bolts located under the disc and completely detach the wheel hub. Pull the arm around the joint with your hands. Fit the new boot (after removing the old one) onto the constant velocity joint, then start reassembling all the parts in reverse order.
