Repairing Front Window Regulator

Model: Renault Scenic MK 2, Scenic 2 - Years 2003-2009

Unscrew the screws located on the side of the door and on the armrest. Remove the panel by prying with a screwdriver on the various plastic clips, then push it upwards. Be careful of the cables connected to it, which must be removed to completely take off the panel. Dismantle the seals and the panel that separates the windows. Unscrew the screw that holds the window, which should be removed carefully. You can now access the window regulator mechanism. First, disconnect the wiring connector from the motor. Using a ratchet spanner, remove the nuts that secure the motor block and release the clip at the base of the rod. Unscrew the Torx screws and remove the entire mechanical assembly of the window regulator. Proceed with the repair by replacing the worn parts, including the mechanical part of the rod movement or the complete assembly.
