How to remove the passenger compartment heater fan of a Renault Clio

Model: Renault Clio MK 2, Clio 2 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Blower motor

Before we can begin, we will have to go and sit in the front passenger seat of our Renault Clio. So let's start by deactivating the passenger's front airbag, using the appropriate side switch. Subsequently, we will have to unscrew and remove the screws that secure the glovebox to the machine, also removing the relative covers, and finally disconnect the plug of the interior light of the glovebox. Once this is done, we can remove the glove box, thus reaching the passenger compartment fan. So let's proceed with disconnecting the relative plug, and then unscrew the fixing screws. When we have completed this step, we will be able to extract the fan, and we will have finished the disassembly.

How to Dismantle the Heating Radiator on a Mini Cooper

Let’s see how to dismantle the heating radiator on a Mini Cooper. First, remove the plastic cover of the centre tunnel (located under the centre tunnel on the left). Unscrew the securing screws with a screwdriver, and remove the black plastic cover that hides the heating radiator. Once all the described operations are completed, move to the engine bay: remove the plastic engine cover and disconnect the two hoses (unscrew the securing clips if present) of the radiator that goes into the cabin, allowing the fluid to drain. Disconnect the radiator from the pipes inside the cabin. Work in reverse for all the assembly steps.
