In order to disassemble the Sherco 250 engine, first you need to remove it from its housing, unscrewing the screws that fix it to its supports: once these screws are loosened, you can disconnect all the tubes and connectors connected to the engine block. The engine block can now be removed from its seat, so that you can proceed by unscrewing the screws that fix the cylinder: in doing so, the underlying piston can be detached from the connecting rod so that you can access the crankshaft and all the other internal components of the engine.

How to Check the Coolant Level in a Yamaha Xmax

In the following video, you will learn how to check the coolant level in a 2008 Yamaha Xmax. First, position the motorcycle on a stable surface by raising the stand. Next, lift the cover located at the top of the motorcycle to access the coolant drain bolt. To top up the coolant, unscrew the cap as shown in the video and add the fluid until it reaches the maximum level, indicated as Max. Once finished, close the valve and refit the cover.
