In order to replace the suspension bearings of the Sherco SE 300, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the rear swingarm and the front fork to their housings: once the screws have been loosened, you can proceed by removing the screws that secure the suspension linkages to their seats. In this way, you can use a puller to remove the old bearings from their seat in order to insert the new ones: these can now be greased and inserted into their seat to ensure that everything works properly.

How to Remove the Rear Wheel on the BMW G650 GS?

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the rear wheel on the BMW G650 GS, a very simple operation. First, lift the motorcycle from the central area using a stand or a jack, then undo the right nut with a 24 mm socket and the left one with a 19 mm spanner. Once done, using a Torx T40 key, unscrew the two chain tensioner bolts exactly half a turn each, until you loosen the tension.
