In order to replace the water pump of the Sherco ST 250, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission cover, located on the right side of the motorcycle. Once the screws holding the cover are loosened, it will be possible to remove it from its seat in order to access the water pump. The water pump can be removed from its seat by also loosening the screws that secure it to its housing, so that a new one can be inserted: it must be secured with the appropriate screws to ensure that everything works properly.
