You can perform the engine oil change on the Sherco SE 300 by loosening the drain plug on the oil sump, located at the central lower part of the vehicle: once the plug is removed, you can let all the used oil flow into a container. You can also remove the oil filter located in the same area to replace it with a new one; after the replacement, you can top up the oil. The new oil should be added through the breather located on the right side of the bike.
