First, warm up the engine for a few minutes; then remove the oil drain bolt located underneath the engine using a socket spanner, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Next, clean the magnet of any metallic residues found on the tip of the oil cap; then insert the new engine oil of the correct type (in this case, a 10W40 off-road oil)!

How to reset the oil light on the Honda SH 125

If the oil light appears on your Honda SH 125 dashboard despite having recently changed the oil, don't worry as you can resolve this minor issue with a simple manual reset procedure. First, turn on the ignition and hold down the "Info A" and "Info B" buttons located at the bottom of the left knob.
