To install the reinforcement plate on the Sherco 300SEF, first mount an aluminium support at the bottom of the bike: position this piece directly under the exhaust pipe. Once this piece is installed, you can also mount the plastic reinforcement plate, which will better protect the mechanical parts of the bike, even on rough circuits. By inserting the correct bolts and washers, you can secure the plate to the chassis: it may be advisable to test the positioning, as shown in the video, since the plate may come into contact with the footpegs.

How to Replace the Clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple?

To replace the clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple, loosen the bolts securing the covers of the three casings located on the right side of the bike, namely the starter motor, the engine, and then the clutch. Once these covers are removed, you can access the bolts securing the clutch, unscrew them, and slide the clutch plates out of their housing. This will allow you to insert the new plates into their place, securing everything with the appropriate bolts; finally, reinstall all the casings.
