How to Remove the Glove Compartment on a Skoda Octavia

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 2, 1Z - Years 2004-2012

Before you can start, open the front passenger door of your Skoda Octavia. Begin by opening the glove compartment, then unclip the outer side cover using a thin but sturdy tool and prying it off. At this point, unscrew and remove all the Torx screws that secure the glove compartment to the dashboard. This will free the glove compartment. Proceed to extract it from its housing, then disconnect the various connectors attached to it. Once you have completed this last step, you can finally remove the glove compartment, successfully completing the disassembly.
