Privacy settings of Skoda Connect

In this video we see an interesting topic: the privacy settings of the infotainment system of our Skoda. In fact, we can decide which services have access to the vehicle data, including the vehicle's location. We can also set the level of our privacy on the appropriate icons of the Home Page. With the "share my location" mode, all services are enabled and the data is shared with the customer portal and the app. With the "use my location" mode, the services in the car are activated, but the location is not shared with the portal and the app. Instead, with the "no location data" mode, all services that use location are disabled. With the Maximum Privacy function, all services are disabled, except for emergency calls, which are a legal requirement. If you want to disable only certain services, you can do so through the settings; you will then need to re-enable them individually.
