Let's see in this short and simple guide how to reset the oil change routine maintenance light (service) of the Smart Fortwo. First of all, let's get in the car and make sure we have all the doors closed; after which we turn on the ignition and press the instrument panel button twice, and then turn it off again. Now let's turn on the ignition and keep the button on the instrument panel pressed for about ten seconds; carry out the same initial operation to conclude with the reset of the service warning light, so as to make the key symbol disappear from the display.
