Replacement oil, oil filter, air filter Suzuki Bandit 600 from 2000

Descriptive guide for replacing the engine oil and oil filter and air filter of a Suzuki Bandit 600 from 1999 to 2004. Get 4LT of Motul 5100 sae 10w40 oil, HIFLO HF138 oil filter, oil filter air HIFLO HFA3615. Place the motorcycle on the central stand. Place a container for the recovery of the oil to be disposed of under the engine. Unscrew the engine oil drain plug, located under the engine, with the aid of a ratchet and a 17mm socket. Let all the oil drain. In the meantime, carefully clean the cap. With a band wrench, unscrew the oil filter located in front of the engine. Wet the gasket of the new filter with a little oil and screw it, first by hand, then by one turn with the band wrench. Screw in the oil drain plug. Open the oil filler neck located on the engine crankcase, right side at the top. Pour the oil according to the level inspection hole located at the bottom. Start the engine, let it warm up, turn it off and check the oil level again. Remove the saddle with the ignition key. Unscrew the two tank retaining bolts with a ratchet and a 10mm socket. Widen the tips of the tail and pull the tank upwards by sliding it from the guides towards the saddle. Close the petrol pipe with a special pliers to choke the pipes, then disconnect it from the tap. Remove the tank breather pipe from its housing. Remove the tank. With a Phillips screwdriver unscrew the two screws that secure the filter cover and slide it upwards. Replace the air filter by placing it back in the correct position. Reassemble everything as per disassembly.

How do I replace the Sym Jet X 125 battery?

In order to replace the battery of the Sym Jet X 125 you need to remove the cover of the footrest compartment of the motorcycle, so that you can access the screws that fix the side panel. Once these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to access the components inside: the battery will be accessible after removing the plastic cover placed above it. In this way it will be possible to go and disconnect the power cables and remove it from inside its housing: after removal, the new one can be inserted, fitting all the removed components.
