To replace the engine oil of the MV Agusta F4 1078RR, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the side panels and the lower panel of the bike, particularly the one located on the right side. Once the screws are loosened and the panels removed, you will locate the oil drain plug in the central lower area of the bike.

Unscrew the plug to collect all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. After the oil has drained, you can top up the oil from the breather located on the cover on the right side of the vehicle.
