Start by inserting the key and leaving it in the first position, then press and hold the "SEL" button located on the left side of the dashboard and, at the same time, turn on the ignition.

Keep the button pressed for the necessary time until the service resets correctly, restart the ignition and check that the operation has been successful.

How to Replace the Piston on a Derbi GPR 125

To replace the piston on a Derbi GPR 125, loosen the bolts securing the cylinder head to its housing, allowing it to be removed along with the valve cover. This will enable you to access the bolts securing the cylinder at the top of the engine, allowing for its complete removal and revealing the underlying piston. The piston can now be freed from its securing bolts, enabling you to position the new piston onto the corresponding conrod. After installation, refit the engine components.
