Start by undoing the two bolts that secure the brake caliper to the disc. At this point, you can remove the pads from the caliper and insert the new ones, but be careful: the new pads will obviously be much thicker than the old, worn ones, making it difficult for them to fit into place. Therefore, widen the spaces for the pads using any suitable tool, such as a medium-sized screwdriver. You can also expand the pistons of the pads before removing the old pads. Clean the braking area and refit the caliper by tightening the bolts.
