How to remove the rear wheel on the Suzuki GSX-R 1000

Let's see in this video how to disassemble and reassemble the rear wheel on a Suzuki GSX-R 1000, in simple steps. First of all we go to lift our bike on the back side, in order to extract the wheel; then we unscrew the central bolt of the wheel, using a socket wrench, as shown in the video. At this point we hit the pin in order to extract it, then unscrewing the screws of the rear brake caliper (removing it). Now let's move the chain away from the crown to remove the wheel; wheel balancing and reassembly are illustrated below!

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
