In order to replace the clutch of the Suzuki GN 250 it is necessary to loosen the screws that fix the casing located on the right side of the bike, in the lower central part of the side: once the fixing screws have been loosened, it will be possible to detach the crankcase and access the underlying components. The various discs that make up the clutch can be removed from inside its housing, so that they can be replaced with new spare parts; these will be fixed with the corresponding bolts, subsequently covering everything with the appropriate casing.

First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then open the seat, locate the door on the rear wall of the compartment and unscrew the relative fixing screws with a simple screwdriver with a cross tip. Once this is done, open the housing, unscrew the bolts of the fixing bracket and, starting from the negative terminal, disconnect both terminals.
