The replacement of the piston on the Suzuki RM-Z 250 is done by loosening the screws that fix the engine head laterally, so that it can be removed: before removing the engine head, the ignition cable must be disconnected and the corresponding spark plug removed. In this way, the piston contained inside the engine will be visible, which can be freed from its connecting rod by removing the pin and removing the retaining ring; at this point, it will be possible to insert the new piston, fixing it properly and then reassembling all the previously removed components.

We see that the remote control battery is discharged when the appropriate warning light appears on the digital instrument panel; then we take our remote control in hand and we go to remove the back cover, applying pressure, as shown in the video. At this point we can remove and replace the battery with a new one, of the right type (in this case a 3V CR 2032); insert the new battery in the correct direction and replace the cover!
