To replace the battery of a Suzuki Across key, start by removing the mechanical key. Look for the release button on the remote and press it to remove the key. Once removed, find the slot or opening point on the remote case. Use a flathead screwdriver or similar tool to gently open the case, leveraging in the slot. Once opened, you will find the battery inside. Note the orientation of the battery to correctly insert the new one. Carefully remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the same type, making sure it is positioned correctly. Reassemble the remote case by pressing the two halves together until you hear a click confirming the closure. Finally, reinsert the mechanical key into the remote. Your Suzuki Across key should now work properly with the new battery.
