In order to replace the timing chain of the Suzuki Ignis, you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components located inside the engine compartment. On the left side, you can locate the side cover of the engine block. By removing it and also removing the right front wheel with its fender, you can loosen the screws that secure the chain tensioner, reducing its tension and replacing it with a new one. After installation, you will need to reinsert the chain and then cover everything with the corresponding side panel.
