Here are the step-by-step instructions for disassembling and replacing the variator and belt on the Sym Symphony ST scooter, following these simple steps. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the transmission cover; then unscrew the nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, subsequently removing the transmission belt, as shown in the video.

At this point, also remove the variator, replacing the rollers if necessary; then reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!
