Let's briefly see the step-by-step instructions for disassembling and replacing the variator and the belt of the Sym Symphony ST scooter, following these simple steps. First, we put our scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the transmission cover; then we unscrew the fan nut and the clutch bell nut, subsequently removing the transmission belt, as shown in the video. How do you replace the gear lever on the Suzuki SV 650?

In order to replace the gear lever on the Suzuki SV 650, you must access the left side of the motorcycle, in the lower central left part of the fairing: here you will be able to locate the gear lever near the kickstand. You will need to unscrew the screws that secure this lever to its housing, so that it can be completely removed along with the corresponding plate; once the old lever has been removed from its seat, you can insert the new one, so that it can be secured with the appropriate screws.
