The clutch replacement of the Triumph Tiger 800 XC can be done by tilting the motorcycle on the left side, so that it is possible to loosen the screws that secure the cover of the crankcase located on the right side. Once the screws have been unscrewed, it will be possible to remove the cover and loosen the bolts underneath that secure the clutch discs; all these parts must be removed from inside the respective housing, so that they can be replaced with new ones. After the replacement, it will be possible to reinsert the crankcase cover by securing it with the corresponding screws.
