To remove the fuel tank from the Triumph Tiger 800 XC, first loosen the screws located just under the handlebars. Additional screws to loosen will be found at the front of the fairing, immediately to the sides and below the front headlamp. This will allow you to remove the front fairing; then, remove the side fairings by loosening the corresponding bolts, and perform the same operation for the seat. Once all these parts have been removed, you can loosen the screws securing the tank and remove it from its housing after disconnecting the connectors.
