This video explains the benefits of the "recirculation" button regarding the use of air conditioning. If used in summer after the car has been parked in the sun for a long time, the air conditioning works better because it uses the already cooled air inside the car instead of taking in hot air from outside. This reduces pressure on the system and uses less energy while keeping the car cooler. The correct method to cool the car is as follows: open all windows and turn off the recirculation to let out the hot air, wait a minute, then turn on the air conditioning, close all windows, and activate the recirculation. In traffic, recirculation becomes essential to protect us from pollutants: activate it to avoid breathing in dangerous outside air. In winter, however, using recirculation is more of a problem than an advantage, as humidity gets trapped inside, preventing the windows from demisting.
