How to remove the seat from your car? Learn how to replace the damaged seat. Move the seat back (using the electric buttons if available or the lever) and raise the seat base, then undo the securing screws on the front rail with a socket wrench. Move the seat forward using the adjustment buttons and remove the securing screws from the rear of the rail. Once all the securing screws are removed from the rails, disconnect the electrical connectors. Fit a new seat in the cabin of your car.
