How to remove the interior headliner of the Volkswagen New Beetle.

Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012

In this brief guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and remove the headliner of the Volkswagen New Beetle. First, we get inside the vehicle and start removing all the elements attached to the headliner, as well as the sun visors, grab handles, and the interior light fixture, by unscrewing the fastening screws and disconnecting the electrical connector; then we remove the side pillars by prying on the edges of the trim until we detach and remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we can proceed with the repair or replacement of the headliner.
