In this video tutorial, see how to remove and replace the aerial and its base on a Volkswagen New Beetle in simple steps. First, open the rear hatch of the boot and begin removing the plastic cover found at the top; then gently detach the headlining and unscrew the nut of the aerial base, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the electrical connector to remove the aerial and its base, replacing it with a new one; install the base first and screw the aerial onto it, finally checking the operation of the car radio.
