Replacement of the roof antenna of the Volkswagen New Beetle

In this video tutorial, we will see how to disassemble and replace the antenna and its base of the Volkswagen New Beetle, in simple steps. First, we open the rear hatch of the trunk and start removing the plastic cover found at the top; then we gently detach the headliner and unscrew the nut of the antenna base, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the electrical connector to remove the antenna and its base, replacing it with the new one; we first install the base and screw the antenna onto it, finally checking the operation of the car radio.
