Today we will discover the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the trunk latch of the Volkswagen New Beetle. First of all, we open the rear hatch of the trunk and start to disassemble and remove the plastic panel or lining, unscrewing all the fixing screws; then we unscrew the screws of the trunk latch, disconnecting the cable, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new trunk latch, verifying its correct operation; finally, we reassemble the inner lining of the rear hatch!
